Glastonbury festival organisers have dismissed claims that Fleetwood Mac will headline the 2010 festival, deeming it 'unlikely' to happen.Rumours of the band headlining (absolutely no pun intended there) the festival were started on gossip website Holy Moly.
"Fleetwood Mac have been booked to headline Sunday Night at next year's 40th Glastonbury festival," stated the website.
However an anonymous Glastonbury festival representative has since told popular music magazine NME, that this is unlikely to happen.
They didn't comment on whether or not the band would be there as a none headlining act.
