The Arctic Monkeys have declared they will not make a performance at Glastonbury Festival until they have completed a new record, essentially ruling them out of a 2010 slot."We wouldn't want to blow it," bassist Nick O'Malley told the BBC. "We'd rather come back after we'd done an album and do it properly."
