It has been emerged that the Wombles are in talks with Glastonbury festival organisers, and could be appearing at the 2010 festival.The children's television icons are said to be looking at a slot on the Pyramid Stage on the Sunday afternoon.
"Discussions have been opened about The Wombles playing Glastonbury.
"They're certainly keen to be there," a spokesperson told the Sun newspaper.
